Who Are Celtic Repairs?

Celtic Repairs is an Irish-owned and run repair business. We repair most devices that offer a repairable value. Our Repair Shop is located at 104A Coolmine Industrial Estate, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.

Why Do You Need My Screen Password?

We need the password of your device so we can test for faults before, during, and after the repair has been carried out on your device. If you do not want to give the password, you can back up and reset your device first. Make sure to set it back up again, so we can access your device and test it fully.

How long does a repair take?

Most phone repairs are done within 1 hour. Laptop repairs can take longer, as we have to evaluate the fault first. We keep you updated, so you don’t need to worry about it.

Will I lose my data to get the screen replaced?

We don’t delete you’re data when we replace a broken screen on any device.

Warranty Details

Do I get a Warranty to cover the Repair?

You get a 90-day parts warranty with all our repairs. This covers part only, so in the unlikely event of a fault occurring in the part we replaced and it has not been caused by the user, then it will be covered under our warranty.

What is the Warranty on a Refurbished Device?

The warranty period for a refurbished device varies from 3 months to 12 months! Check the warranty details on the product page.

Do I get a refund if I am not happy?

If you have any issues with any repair, we encourage you to contact us, and we will do our best to resolve any issues you have. If the issue can not be resolved, then you will get a refund or a credit note on your account with us. Read our Returns Policy also.
