Book online. Choose the Return service in checkout, or you can choose to drop it off at us in Dublin.
Send your phone to us – Well Packed!
We use An Post to return your phone to you once it is repaired. This is normally a next-day delivery service in Ireland.
The Passcode or Screen Lock is required for us to repair your phone. We do not wipe your Data!
After the repair, the phone looks like new!
Plus, all your data will still be on the phone just as you left it.
If you decide to buy a new phone, make sure you have your data backed up first, as your phone screen will need to be working to get the data off it.
If you have a screen passcode on your phone,
- You can remove it
- Send the passcode to us by email
